Your school or district should have an AUP, reviewed and approved by your school board or committee or higher education department chair (and perhaps your legal counsel). Once approved, every educator and staff member in the school should read and understand it, then have students and their parents review and agree to it. Communication of your policy is the first line of defense against “unacceptable” use.
