All of our products are available for download only.
Make sure you read carefully when you place an order so you’ll know how to safely download and use new forms or templates. Most files require you to unZIP (decompress) with readily-available freeware or commercial tools not included with these templates.
Since iWin Marketing/iWin PR offer non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped or downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case-by-case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright (available from the company) signed by you. This is a required condition.
